Description
Seems to be connected to the UV3R but chirp won't read it, I got it programmed but reset it to factory so I know someone has programmed it before.

I just downloaded the OEM software from the Wanhua website. It definitely won't program using the UV-3R model selection. The 'magic' string used is not the same. I would suggest that you try the BF-888 selection. If that doesn't work, at least the factory software is readily available.

Yeah, I've tried EVERY radio available in chirp but it is not supported, and the factory software doesn't really seem to change anything sadly. Thanks for the quick response though!
