Description
I have tried what others have suggested in previous issues and can not get it to open.

Could you check what the error is by open the report when it errors out. It was not working for me so I also tried the self signed method but still crashes, Then I found the error was about missing Python 2.7. It make sense since this is a new machine and I didn't migrate my apps. After I have python 2.7.18 installed, it works and no longer crashes.

not sure if this is what you are asking me for but here is what i found.
