Description
It would be great that we are able to prepare customized settings for frequencies, and allow them to be imported as online sources.
We can now exchange files in .csv or .chirp format, but having such info as online sources would allow maintaining updated info much easier.

More details about how this could/should be supported is needed.

It could be as simple as if users can create channel list in .csv, .chirp, .xml or .json format, then put it on web site and then set Chirp by adding custom source with name and URL.
Such custom source could be used as import sources already provided - to import channel settings.
