Bonjour a tous qui a le fichier pour la programmation dans CHIRP du Baofeng BF-R3 tri-BAND. malgré la mise a jour de CHIRP il ne le trouve pas _Hello everyone who has the file for programming in CHIRP of the Baofeng BF-R3 tri-BAND. despite CHIRP update it cannot find it_
