Using the supplied debug.log file I was able to create the attached driver module as a test. Please give it a try to see if it will download from your radio. If it happens to read it, save the newly created tab, unedited, as a native CHIRP Radio Images (*.img) file and attach it to this issue to be used for further development.

Thanks Jim. With this module chirp download from radio succesfully. I also test uploading to radio with new added memory and it works fine too.
Trying to move to settings tab will give error.

Great. This is what I mostly expected. With the image that you attached, thanks, I was able to track down the remaining changes that it tool to support this radio. Please test and let me know if there are any additional, but undiscovered, differences that need to be accounted for.

I have tested in many ways and everything looks good and settings and channel memories are working great.
Thanks a lot. Super fast programming for support 66-88MHz version.
