Description
If you download from a stock VX-8R radio using the Yaesu/VX-8 radio selection, the VX8DRadio class functions are executed instead of the VX8Radio functions. The VX8DRadio functions attempt
to generate a Settings tab for the VX-8R which causes errors due to the fact that the memory layout for the APRS settings in the vx8.py driver is for VX-8DR and VX-8GE only.
