attaching th-g71 protocol documentation found on mods.dk
I have this radio, and would like to volunteer time to develop a chirp driver for this. Struggling to find any developer documentation for interface on how to make new device support...

Here is a patch submission attached. Will see if I can figure out mercurial and push this up.
Havent fully tested, but seems to pass some basic sanity of downloading and uploading from repeaterbook entries...
