Your Baofeng UV-82 7W (the "7W" means 7 watts, means it has 3 TX power levels and would the equivalent of "HP") looks like any other Baofeng UV-82 with 3 TX power levels. Have you tried Vendor: Baofeng / Model: UV-82HP (as shown in the Supported Radio Models list)?
