openBaofeng TP-8 series

Description
Looks like a new series very similar to the UV-8X series but with a different data structure. I was able to get the radio to respond, but not acknowledge programming mode.
From Arch Stanton: Can you confirm the FCC ID on your TP-8R? FCC ID: 2AJGM-TP8 covers these models: TP-8S, TP-8X, TP-8Pro, TP-8Plus, TP-8R. I don't see that this is the same as the UV-15R. The enclosures look the same, but there is a different FCC ID assigned. (https://apps.fcc.gov/eas/GetApplicationAttachment.html?id=5201614)
I can get hex dumps from the radio if requested.

Any movement on the Baofeng TP-8 working with Chirp? It looks just like a Baofeng UV-13 Pro v2.

#1 Very decent Baofeng transceiver with good Audio reports
#2 Programming is successful via P15UV CPA which can be downloaded here - http://download.abbree.com/P15UV%20CPS.rar
#3 The CPA software works just fine, however it won't let you import data from Chirp or other sheets, you need to enter each channel 1 by 1.
#4 Being able to program via Chirp would be huge - and I am willing to give my Radio to a local developer to figure our the codes and comms with Radio.
Being able to program this will also allow for programming of other newer Baofeng radio from the same family
Any help from the developer/programmer community is appreciated
