Description
If the user chooses tmode=Cross but cross_mode defaults to tone->tone and the two tones are identical, tmode will be forced back to TSQL, which is confusing. If they choose tmode=Cross, we should ask them which cross mode, and then cascade to the tx/rx tone/code selection.
