Description
CHIRP-next 20230108 running under Windows 10 with Developer Mode enabled.
After selecting the Browser tab it was noticed that none of the Browser settings can be edited.
This seems to be a Windows only issue because the same CHRIP-next version running under Linux is able to edit the Browser settings as expected.
