Description

Please change the Upload/Download menu options that read/write data to/from the Radio, to better descriptions. Like "Write Data to Radio" or "Read Data from radio". the Terms "Upload" and "Download" are too vague.

I was about to close this as "these have been the labels on our menus for 15 years and a change now would be more confusing than not."

However, I realize that for 14.9 of those years they were "Download from radio" and "Upload to radio" and only with CHIRP-next did they change to the more terse and now more vague single words, unintentionally.

I'll ask for Jim Unroe to opine here as he deals a lot with the users.

I know I've heard people confuse the meaning of download and upload even when they had "to/from radio" but it never seemed like a majority of people so I never gave it much thought. Perhaps "Read from radio" and "Write to radio" would be better.

I sent this out to the developers list for comment, and will wait a bit for more replies. So far, it's evenly split between download/upload and read/write :P

Even if you lose the vote, I'll at least commit to adding "to radio" and "from radio" to the existing menu options. Those have served us well enough for 14.9 years, but we'll see what the other opinions are.
