Description
the device manager shows connected to comport 4and drivers downloaded. the chirp program is downloaded. cannot get to the radio page where you download from radio and upload to radio. i have used this program before just dont know if i am doing something wrong. spent 3 hours trying to get it to work. even started over by removing the programs.
