CHIRP next-20230706 on Linux - Linux Mint 21.1 Vera (Python 3.10.6)
When reading an Icom IC-V86 the memory channel power levels are incorrect. I've attached a .image of my radio with four channels added (ignore channels 0-2 as those are local repeaters I had already):
3 - "LOW" - power level low
4 - "MED" - power level med - (scan skip enabled)
5 - "HI" - power level high
6 - "XHI" - power level extra high
Let me know if you need any other info to troubleshoot further.
If you need other values/flags/whatever tested, let me know and I'd be happy to test them out. Definitely happy to ensure a fully-accurate read/write flow for this radio (since I have one! lol)
Thanks!
