I already saw that there is a report on this topic, but I can't repair it in my file. Can you help me?

Your image does not contain valid values for the band limits. Did you make and save an unedited image from the first successful download from your radio? If you didn't, look in the 'backup' directory to see if CHIRP-next did it for you. Here's how...
- Type %appdata% in the Type here to search box near the left end of the Windows task bar and press [Enter] .
- Click on the %appdata% File folder icon that appears.
- In the Windows File Explorer that appears double-click the CHIRP folder entry
- Double-click the backups folder entry to see the download backups that CHIRP has made for you
Locate the oldest backup for this radio that you see in folder and attach it to this issue.
If there is none, try using the "factory" backup that I provided to ticket #10728.

Thanks for looking. Unfortunately it doesn't have the band limits available in it, either. I have taken your first file and added proper band limits to it. That should get you going.
