Retevis provides it as a download from their website. That way the latest version is always available. Just search for your radio and click the 'Support' tab.
A Retevis representative contacted me this week and offered to send me one. If they do, I will look into it to see if it is within my capability to support.

Attached is the first test driver module for the Retevis RA87. It is rough draft that provides support for the 99 channels of both sides ('left' and 'right') of the radio.
