When user import channel list via File > import vi file, 'charmap' codec can't encode characters in position 31-34: character maps to
Test. just export pure sample files from Yaesu VX-6 and import it without any modification for testing, it is reproduced.
Downgraded version of CHIRP as 2023 Dec, same error. Looks like env rather than product bug.
