Description
CHIRP starts in my locale (Polish) instead of English.
I use English user interface in Windows 11, I set regional settings to Polish just to get normal 24h clock instead of 12h clock (USA default), Monday to start the week and date in ISO format.
No option works for me, not setting in file.
Workaround described in closed issue doesn't work for me.
Expected behavior is to use interface language set by Windows, not "locale"
