Not only will it not program power levels correctly ("mid" in CHIRP corresponds to "high" on radio, which only has two power levels, not 3) it will not program GMRS channels on an unlocked TD-H3 BUT if I simply write a GMRS channel using ODMaster via bluetooth then it will suddenly allow me to. When selecting model there is a TD-H3 which is the unlocked version in addition to the GMRS and HAM version, so perhaps there is a setting on that which is incorrrect?

These bugs should be split into two. I can confirm the power settings in the H3 three is low/high on the radio. The current Low is low, and Med is high. High in CHIRP defaults to low on the radio. I personally have not tried the 1.25m settings as the radio isn't rated for that band.

https://tidradio.com/collections/ham/products/h3-ham-radio shows a TX capability from 174-350 which would encompass the 1.25m band and thensome.
