Description
In Chirp Legacy, the value for the "6 + Power-On Message 2" could be changed, but it cannot be changed in any of the versions of Chirp Next that I tried.
It could be changed in legacy at least through "CHIRP legacy-20221217" (maybe later, but that was the last version I had).
