Description

Attempting to download file from B-Tech UV25X2 for editing. Followed instructions from "Radio" tab and "Download from Radio".
I get a "Radio identification failed" error. When i click ok on that message radio reboots.

You are choosing the wrong model. You have a second gen2 radio, you must choose the gen2 model selection: UV-25X2_G2
