Obviousy, I have the radio.
I can send a brand new read-file
I am a .net dev,of +20 years, so please ask me whatever you need!

Pretty sure that this is not a CHIRP issue. Some of the new radios no longer support this setting. But just to be certain do the following.
- While the radio is in MR mode, select channel 10
- Download from the radio to CHIRP and save to an 'image' file identified as '10'
- Select channel 61
- Download from the radio to CHIRP and save to an 'image' file identified as '61'
- Attach both 'images' to this ticket

Probably. I use the free HxD Hex Editor (https://mh-nexus.de/en/) to compare CHIRP image files.
