Description

(Describe what you were doing) Download files from 5RM to computer

(Describe what you expected to happen) File to be downloaded from 5RM

(Describe what actually happened instead) Error reading data not the amount we want message

(Has this ever worked before? New radio? Does it work with OEM software?) Have several Baofeng radios, had not come accrross this issue. New Radio UV-5RM

Since you are using a Prolific chip based programming cable, would you provide a screen capture of the Driver tab in Device Manager? You most likely need to download, install and manually select the older Prolific v3.2.0.0 device driver.
