Description
New UV-B5 radios cause CHIRP to give an "Exception running RadioJob: Value 108.1 not in range 65.0-108.0" error.
Old radios shipped from the factory had disabled presets set to 0xFFFF. That is the value that was used in the driver to set the preset to disable the preset.
New radios shipped from the factory have disabled presets set to 0x01AF. This value causes the "not in range" error.

It would appear that a fix was made for this issue 2 years ago. Should this issue be closed now?
