Description
Whenever I try and download from my new VX-8DR (which has local repeaters programmed from a PC by a friend) I get an error stating:
Failed to communicate with the radio:
Received incomplete image from radio
The radio goes through TX without error, but with just a bit of progress bar left in CHIRP, it stalls and produces the error. I am using OS X 10.9.1 and using the Kawamall USB cable with the most current Prolific USB-Serial driver.
Please let me know if there is further troubleshooting or help I can provide.

This has probably been resolved along with #1473.
