Description
How do I get a private note to the person with the authority over Chirp? I think this should not be shared on a broad e-mail list.

Bruce,
You can send an email to chirp_devel@intrepid.danplanet.com which is the group of developers, and is much smaller than the chirp_users list.
If that is insufficient, perhaps you can share the general nature of your inquiry/concern without being too specific, e.g., security issue, etc.
