Hi there,

I would be grateful if you could please support the ICOM IC-V80.
I am running OS X 10.7.4. Python and CHIRP run fine. I have cable from Kawamall using the Prolific mac USB-serial driver, all works OK.

With my ICOM IC-V80 connected, I note that I get some "download from radio" results with CHIRP by selecting the following models:
Icom IC-91/92AD
Icom 7000
Icom 7200

However all download in Live Mode. I would prefer to access the memory channels in Clone mode.
I have attached three screen shots, one from each model download.

The V80 is going to have to be clone-mode.

Can you try using the T90 driver to download it? It's a long-shot, but the radio is similar to the T90, so we might get lucky. If not, please send me the debug log after trying.
