Ok, so this is an Aquario PX-80.
And the AT-5555 is an Anytone device? It is known to be the same? Thanks!

it might look like the at-5555 program doesn't record to the rp-80

  • Target version set to chirp-legacy

Unfortunately, neither of these two radios is yet supported. Check the list of Supported Radios.
The addition of a new radio to Chirp requires two things:
1) a volunteer developer who takes the task to work on this driver,
2) availability of test equipment, such as a loaner radio (see Rules For Loaning A Radio).
Unfortunately, you need to wait until both conditions have been met.
Or, you could decide to get your hands dirty yourself - check Wiki, "Developers".

is it available for testing?

Unless we get a loaner radio, no.
It still would need a developer who could take the job.
