Description

Attached is a patch that adds a "off" duplex (ie disable transmission) for H-777. Tested to be working on my Baofeng BF-888S.

I have also fixed a compatibility issue with the official programming tool (BF-480), which sets the unknown/RFU bits to zero, as opposed to CHIRP which set them to 1 by default. This does not only fixes an issue that prevented the official BF-480 tool from displaying the correct transmission mode, but also it may prevent compatibility issues with future revisions of the hardware that may use these bits.

Well, I don't know how I managed to use the program with the patch given above because the "unknown" bits thing was misplaced and it threw an exception. This one has that issue fixed. I also added "split" duplex mode, because it's supported and implemented though for some reason it wasn't available on the GUI.
