closedCan download but not upload to Gt-3 mark 3

Description
I have several Baofeng radios and I have had no issues at all with any of them (On mac) however I just purchased a GT-3 Mark iii and I can download just fine from it but I can not upload to the radio, any help would be greatly.appreciated. I am also not a computer wiz so if possible a detailed description would he great!

Did you use the BF-F8HP definition? That should work; I have the same radio (GT-3TP aka Mark III)
