Hello,
I have 2 GT3 that works perfectly.
My friend bought a new GT3 and asked me to program it.
As I tried, it seems to work in transmission, but cannot receive.
no led is working in receiving and no audio.
when I press 6 before switching it on, I see 150425N.
Can you please help me?

You must not directly upload a CHIRP Radio Image (*.img) file that was saved from a Baofeng radio with BFB type firmware (older radios) into a Baofeng radio with N5R type firmware (newer radios). The opposite is also true. The memory layouts are incompatible. If you do, then the radio receiving the incompatible image will no longer receive.
Which version of CHIRP were you using? The latest CHIRP daily build should have prevented you from uploading an incompatible image into the "new" GT-3.
The best way to do this would have been to download from the new radio into CHIRP creating a tab that is compatible with that radio. Then you would import the .img file from the "master" GT-3 into this tab.
The easiest way to "fix" the "new" GT-3 radio would be to upload the "backup image" that was saved from the radio before uploading the incompatible image into it. If no backup image was saved, then follow this "Recovery using CHIRP Software Firmware N5R-20 / 30":http://www.miklor.com/uv5r/UV5R-Recovery.php#N5R procedure.
