Description

Hi, I tried to open and consult the FAQ's to solve my problem and I can't. I change my account username to other name without special caracters, I installes all driver I needed and I can't, I need help.
When I start the program he open error message:
Error reporting is enabled
If you wish to disable this feature you may do so in the helo menu

After it doesn't happen anything.

It looks like you're using an extended character set (not just a-zA-Z but perhaps an "ã"?), to log in.
Please refer to issue #272 for explanations.

According to the log, there are still special characters involved:

UnicodeDecodeError: 'utf8' codec can't decode byte 0xe3 in position 9: invalid continuation byte
Please let us know whether you were able to eventually resolve it.
