I'm afraid more detail than that will be required. Attach your correctly programmed image to this issue so it can be reviewed. What are you using for a battery? If the voltage to the radio is too high it won't transmit. For example you you use (6) 1.5 volt alkaline cells in an AA-cell battery pack (6 x 1.5 = 9.0 volts and the radio requires 7.4) then the radio will not TX. In this case you would use (5) alkaline cells + 1 dummy AA-cell or (6) 1.2 volt Ni-Mh cells.
