Description

When ever I try to program DCS codes from chirp to the radio, they are not stored properly in the radio. For example if I were to program dcs code 712 in chirp, and upload it to the radio, it will be stored in the radio as 312. Every single time the code stored in the radio is exactly 400 dcs codes lower than it should be. I have no idea what could be causing this issue? I have factory resoted the radio and the issue persists. Is anyone else affected ny this issue??
