openIC 2200H only showing channel names of 8 of 40 programmed channels.

Description
Tryin to program my Icom 2200h. I have found a file that fills in the frequencies and names for the channels im interested in. However when I clone them over using the latest CHIRP only about 8 of the 40 channels are showing the channel names. the rest are just showing the frequencies. I have looked to see if I can find any difference in the channel settings that would maybe cause them to show differently on the radio, but all the channel information is identical across the board except for the name and frequency. I have tried to change the names but still nothing. Any help is appreciated.
