Description

Let's add more support for TYT Transceiver that are becoming more popular with HAM operators

TYT TH-7800 is a dual band VHF/UHF Mobile Transceiver very similar to TH-9800 except has two bands - input is identical USB in the back (Prolofic COM drivers)
TYT TH-UV8000D is a dual band VHF/UHF Handheld Transceiver - the connector is Prolific USB and it has a Mic/Speaker plug that connects into the radio.

I will add *.dat for both radios.

Please note, looking at the logs that read and write are "similar" somewhat to TH-9800, but when I try to read from radio and pick the th-9800 it does not recognize the radio.
