Just out of curiosity, do you know what firmware version is installed?
I recently bought a Baofeng UV-82 V2+ radio, and having problems cloning.
I have a open ticket with chirp.danplanet.com as well.

My firmware version is N82301.

My Firmware: BFP3-25, i try mode: BF-F8HP, some differences but it works
