Description

Having an issue when programing the DTCS in a uv8d. Any time i use a DTCS it programs it in to the radio with the wrong DTCS. All DTCS codes get programed as an Inverted tone (sorry i do not recall the DxxxI number). Also when i read the radio every ch that has a DTCS is blank with the word error in the ch name. this seems to be like Bug #2143 but also with errors on the writing side. Using ver. CHIRP daily-20160713.
