closedBFB297 Baofeng UV -5R does not send the Relay .

Hello, I am Turkish. Baofeng UV -5R BFB297 Version coded on AliExpress I Bought . There was a problem in the original program.
But when I do not do programming with CHIRP Delivery on the relay device. I repeat ; I programmed with CHIRP and Simplex Receive and Transmit.
But there's also just getting Relay . I can not send a relay. How do I change the firmware of the device ?
Merhaba, ben türk'üm. Aliexpress üzerinden Baofeng BFB297 Versiyon kodlu UV-5R Satın aldım. Orjinal programda bir problem yoktu.
Ama CHIRP ile programlama yaptığım zaman Röle üzerinde Gönderme yapmıyor cihaz. Tekrar ediyorum; CHIRP ile programladım ve Simpleks Alma ve Gönderme var.
Fakat Röle de sadece alma var. Rölede gönderme yapamıyorum. Ben cihazın firmwaresini nasıl değiştiririm?

The firmware in these radios cannot be changed. The firmware is on a one-time programmable device. When you say "relay" are you referring to a repeater?
The "Miklor website":http://www.miklor.com/COM/UV_CHIRP.php#guides has CHIRP examples for how to program a UV-5R for use with repeater.

I got it, thank you for what to answer. I think the original Baofeng UV -5R program need from a backup file ( .dat extension) in my original baofeng Rica if we can send you a replacement program you create ?

I mean by example relay , 439 275 ..
