Description
I have a RT Systems programming software for the Yaesu VX-170. I exported to .csv then tried to import the .csv into Chirp. I received an unknown file format error. I did this using version 3.60.02 of the RT software running in Windows XP (32-bit) and 20170222 Chirp daily build running in Debian stable (amd64).

That won't work - Chirp requires a very specific format of the CSV file for import.
