Hi, is there any interest in supporting this Kenwood model? I can't see it listed yet although obsolete it is still quite popular and relatively cheap to buy on the 2nd hand market and seems a pretty good little radio.

As a separate issue. I have a BAOFANG 888s, a lot of radio for the money but I get digital interference opening up the squelch and blasting in my ears. If I select a sub channel CTCSS I can block most of it. Is it known for a poor front end filtering? It is an issue with me as I want to be able to communicate with others on motorcycle runs, where I need the volume up but digital noise is very unpleasant. Is the noise likely from the digital PMR data system?
