Description
As a new user to CHIRP on many of my radios I have come across a bug when reading from my Leixen VV-898E radios. I initially used the factory software to program about 40 channels and it worked fine. However when I switched to using CHIRP it reads the radio but the channels are off, like it only read the odd number channels. When I reprogrammed the radio using the CHIRP and uploaded it my radio only sees the odd channels on bank-a and I think even on bank-b?
Am I doing something wrong? I know, I know I am expecting more from a cheap import radio but I am on a budget for my scouts, LOL!
