CHIRP

I am using latest Chirp chirp-daily-20171120-win32.

I try to load data from Radioreference.com and it just freezes up and won't load any data.
Let me know if there is anything I am doing wrong :)

I Click Radio in menu, go down to Query data sources -> choose Radioreference.com
a form pops out asking for

username
password
zip code

I fill it out and click OK,

first shows a mouse pointer (arrow) and then it changes to Hourglass and can wait for 30 minutes and nothing happens.

Just to compare with other data sources, I have NO PROBLEM with any other sources just Radioreference.com:

RADIO->Query data sources -> DMR-MARC repeaters-NO PROBLEM loads the frequencies in CHIRP as usual
RADIO->Query data sources ->Repeater book-> political ..->NO PROBLEM
RADIO->Query data sources ->przemieniki->NO PROBLEM
RADIO->Query data sources ->przemieniki->NO PROBLEM
RADIO->Query data sources ->RFINDER - didnt try
