Description
When using "Delete (and shift up)", the spreadsheet view will become blank and CHIRP will lock up when trying to close the application.
This issue can be reproduced by selecting and deleting a channel where all channels above it are populated. As long as there is an empty channel higher than the channel that is being deleted, the issue does not occur.
