Description
Using Chirp version daily-20180412
I recently added some new repeaters to the TM-V71 memory. Realized that where I'd used mixed case (upper/lower) the 'name' shows on the radio with the caps visible but the lower-case letters shown as blanks, e.g. "BearMt" in Chirp's 'name' field displays as "B M " on the radio.
Appears to be similar to

except different make/model radio.

Looking into the manual, the LCD can't actually display lower case letters.
