I have the same model. it is bricked do you know where can I find the factory image file? Ver NT5101.

The Baofeng UV-9R+ is on the list of supported radios - have you tried recently?
As for the question with the bricked radio: I don't think you can re-flash the firmware. Try a factory reset, if this radio provides it.
