My two newly bought WLN KD-C1 results in "radio identification failed".

I have two older ones, same model description, that is ok to download/upload using same version and cable.

Build 20190516.
From the error log
"[2019-05-21 19:41:23,382] chirp.drivers.retevis_rt22 - DEBUG: Incorrect model ID, got this:

Also experiencing this issue on three different newer batches of Radtel RT-10 (WLN KD-C1) S/N beginning with "2019". Confirmed that still able to communicate with multiple older Radtel RT-10s.

These radios are variants of the Retevis RT22.

@Kenny Madsen: who is the maker of the "RETCS15", and what is the exact name of this radio?
