Description
Can we get a dedicated model for the BAOFENG UV-S9.
Can download as a RADIODDITY 5RX3 for programming the 220 band, but
the freq spread is all in the VHF tab. eg VHF 130-260
would be nice to have 220-260 in its own section, and maybe
any other items specific to the UV-S9

Also no separate section for squelch adjustments for 220 freq's
Downloads and uploads O.K as a UV5R, but need the 1.25meter
band spread and squelch set areas.

That is how Baofeng has implement the 3 bands in their UV-5R like tri-band radios. It is hardware limitation and CHIRP can't change that.
If you want a Baofeng like tri-band radio which has separate band limits and squelch thresholds for each band, then you will have to get a BTech UV-5X3 from Baofeng tech which implements it this way.
