CHIRP

I can download from Baofeng UV-5RTP as BF-F8HP and upload the same with the latest ver of CHIRP. I use to be able to up-down load Quansheng UV-R50 as UV-5R just fine. This was also true with UV-5REX. Now, the only model I can UP-DOWNload from is the UV-5RTP. I truly do appreciate this free SW. It is great. I just want to know if Im doing something wrong. I wish i could tell you the version I was successful with. (I'm trying to program a new radio for my ex-wife. That may not seem important, but I give radios not flowers, and it may be helpful. You be the judge of the importance.) I will donate whether I get an answer or not. Thank you for your attention.
