I read the instructions above:
Description
When connecting to chirp, it reads all and write all to the UV 5RTP. But when click at the left the settings, it shows blank.
Anyone can help me with how to correct?
Adding the image file.

Same problem here: UV-5RTP, downloaded as BF-F8HP. Reset performed prior to attached image, but Settings still blank.

You both have radios that settings (the same settings in the same way) that have invalid values. Both invalid values have been set to valid values.
